Bob's Fishing Hole

Took our 5, 4 and 1 year old girls here to bank fish. Had a great time and the owner even let us fish for free (saved a dollar) so 5 stars for sure! It gets crowded so go early to get a nice spot. If boating, I would only recommend semi shallow drafts (no deep Vs) and plan around the 3pm exodus (there's a single boat ramp). Also, there are seperate kayak/canoe ramps on the right side after pulling in.

Nice place. Good prices and friendly people. We rented the paddle boat from them and didn't have much luck with that... they warn you some may leak so check them, and we did. But two hours or so into fishing, my husband notices their patch had came undone and water was pouring in, fast. Mini heart attack and I've never paddled so fast in my life ? It is what it is, I just probably won't be renting a boat from them again, although its a really fun and nice experience.

Greatest local fishing spot. Launch your boat, rent a boat or fish from the pier. You can't go wrong.

I luv this place. James has always been fair on prices and loves his cats ?. Im a local all my life here and have been coming here for over 20 years. Plenty of hogs out here to catch if you know what your doing.
