cant speak from the employment side of things but speaking from someone that's had family here I'm very pleased with the care my brother has received. The staff was very knowledgeable. They went over and beyond for him when he was sent to the hospital. The staff actually stayed in the hospital for hours after he was admitted to answer all questions they may have had. I pulled a nurse from the hospital aside to see if they were just doing this for show since I was there and she said she was very familiar with the company and that it was their policy to stay with admitted patients. From my understanding they accept patients that need a lot of medical attention and ones that may go to the hospital often. The nursing staff at the group home was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were the best option for my family and I in Chesapeake. My only complaint is that the house is off the beaten path.
