Over the years I have had to have physical therapy on several occasions. My experience with Jordan Moore and Phoenix Rehab has been very productive in putting me back together again. Exceptional service and results! Highly recommended.

I have never had a better experience with physical therapy. Jordan really listened to my problem, my thoughts and my concerns and addressed each and every one of them to fit my lifestyle and ability. I learned a lot about the mechanics of my body (the how and the why) which helped me understand the root of my problem. I have never had someone take that time to explain things the way he did, it really makes a difference, at least it did for me. I have no doubt that should I need a physical therapist in the future that this is where I will return and you can bet I will recommend any and everyone to see Jordan. Thank you for fixing me up and getting me back to my exercise routine.

I received outstanding rehab assistance at Phoenix Rehab Chesapeake, from Jordon Moore (PT, DPT, FAAOMPT) in Feb-Mar 2020. I had severe neck pain and spasms that required a visit to the E/R. After careful evaluation by Mr. Moore, and following his therapy plan, I obtained excellent results and a foundation for maintaining and further increasing muscle strength and flexibility. Mr. Moore is extremely easy to communicate with and understand as he explains the therapy exercises. In light of Mr. Moore's outstanding credentials and experience and my very successful outcome, I am fortunate that my physician referred me to Phoenix Rehab Chesapeake.

I highly recommend Jordan as a physical therapist, because being in excruciating pain from a back injury that took place in March of 2019, my chiropractor recommended that I see Jordan at Phoenix for physical therapy. I live approximately 45 minutes to an hour away, but since I trusted my chiropractor I followed his advice.

As I walked into the facility, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Tanya, who worked very patiently and cooperatively with my schedule. Meeting Jordan was an instant comfort, for his friendly and caring mannerism immediately made me feel that I was in the right place. Once he did an exam, he knew exactly how to help me. He listened attentively to my concerns and shared his knowledge and experiences freely with me. He is one of the most friendly person I have met dealing with my injury. His genuine caring heart is shown on every visit. His knowledge of exactly how to strengthen while healing is amazing. I could not have asked for a better physical therapist. I am so glad that I traveled to his office twice a week and given the care, gentle messages to the painful areas of my back and specific exercises so that I can have a normal life again.

As we said our goodbyes and he wished me well as I was released from treatment, I know that if I have any questions or concerns Jordan is only a phone call away. He assured me of that and I truly believe him.

Go get treated by Jordan, I promise you will feel the same way I do. He is a total blessing!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jordan Moore as a physical therapist. After having serious back surgery, it was necessary to learn to walk again beginning with a walker and cane. He is very attentive to detail to be sure your form is correct during exercises and is very knowledgeable about the muscle structures of the body to help with healing and rebuilding strength. I always felt better after a session, felt more positive about regaining my strength and ability to return to an active lifestyle with his guidance. You will not regret driving a little farther to work with this personable and professional therapist!

My daughter has had three surgeries with Dr. Shane Nho and he is with out a doubt an exceptional doctor. Great to talk with and takes time to answer any questions and sit and discuss things during your appts and after surgery. We were very pleased with him and his assistants. And a big thanks to Kristyn Taylor her physical therapist at Midwest Orthopedics at Westchester. She has been extremely wonderful with Jamie. She has a great attitude and personality and is fun to work with. She is very knowledgeable about what she's doing and her techniques show great results. PT isn't always fun but she does an exceptional job! Dr. Nho and Kristyn are highly recommended.

So far, so good! Outstanding surgery (shoulder repair with Dr. Verma) and, while they are very busy and don't have time for chit chat, they are super professional and helpful. Call backs from PA within hours when I had questions and medicine refills within minutes. While I am still early in the healing process, and have some pain, I can also feel that my shoulder will be much, much better. Thanks Dr. Verma! Thanks, Jamie! Thanks, Midwest Ortho @ Rush!
