  The team here at TrueVision now myeyedr are incredible and they always take care of me and my family from the time you walk in till the of your experience and journey. At the end when it came time to pick my glasses Derrick and Haley made the process very smooth and they were very helpful. Hunter had did as he said he would and entered notes from a drop in visit on the glasses I liked and wanted and because he did this it help Derrick, Haley, and I put a ton. Derrick was able to help me find them and pick everything out that we needed for them. Derrick and Haley also worked together to help make sure I am able to get the best deal with my insurance.
  Thank you to everyone in there making my experience incredible. Lastly thank you all for the great conversations as we worked together to achieve the best care for me today and every time I have come here.

  My husband and I go see Dr Valle for our eyes. He is the best. His staff is always helpful. Gina H is always so welcoming and kind with us. She has great taste when we choose our frames. Their location is great and the office is extremely clean and welcoming.

  I called first thing in the morning after calling other eye doctors around. I was hit in the eye with a corner of a book the night before.
  They took me in immediately. Upon arrival, the office staff seen i was having issues with light and took me into a room that was dark so I wouldn’t strain my eye even more. I was seen immediately. The office staff was very helpful and the optometrist I seen was awesome.
  
  Thank you for making sure I was seen. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

  First time visit & from the Receptionist greeting to the check 5☆'s ALL THE WAY! Dr. Mays & staff are just simply amazing & clearly not only love what they do, but really care about their customers. Dr. Mays was professional, effortlessly
  friendly, patient with all my inquiries, and has a voice that should be showcased on audible! Gina was super patient as well in helping me choose just the right pair of glasses. Great office, great staff, happy customer :-)

  I went to TrueVision because my beloved optometrist of 30+ years retired. I found them through my insurance portal, as they're in network. My first visit was yesterday. The whole experience was awesome. I didn't wait long to be called back. Kendall was efficient and personable as she did my testing.
  
  Dr. Mays was thorough and educational, as he performed my exam. I really liked his "bedside" manner and felt he was very knowledgeable, as he answered my questions.
  
  Gina assisted me in picking out frames which I know nothing about. I answered a few questions and she brought me back a tray of frames to try and I found the perfect frames. She was great and really knows what she's doing.
  
  Overall, my experience was nothing less than awesome! I have already recommended them to a friend looking for an optometrist.
