(May 25, 2017, 7:15 pm)I was recommended Express by Kenny Rhea at R & R Motor in Norfolk. Doug and the other mechanic here have 20+ years of experience. Doug was very quick to figure out the issue with my car: an unprogrammed transponder key. Since it was a simple issue and he didn't have to do much labor, he bumped the price down off the diagnostic fee. I will likely be using Express again. Very helpful.
