I love this location, so close to me and the best customer service team EVER!
I went in today flustered because of previous fraud activity via PayPal that NFCU helped me clear up quickly and succintly!!!
Markus issued me a new card and set my new password on the spot. His sweet demeanor and professionalism calmed me down right away. Awesome Service with a smile.
Thanks also to Christian, who helped me with the details of my initial fraud case last week. He was a consummate professional and made the bad guys go back into hiding.
All in all, great service, great experience - the BEST BRANCH office! 30 years of membership and I am still getting new members to start accounts because of NFCUs excellence.

This Branch is awesome! Stella was very knowledgeable and helped me today! I forgot the young lady that works in the front as well when you check in but she helped me as well. I explained what I needed and she knew exactly what to do! These are the type of people that are beneficial to the company. Very professional with awesome customer service!
