We ordered a wireless fence for our dogs. One of the collars in the box didn’t work right. I simply called and they didn’t ask any questions. We’re so nice and told me to send it back. I did. They sent me a brand new one with zero questions or hassle and it was at my door the day after they received my collar back. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do. I will never use another company for any of our dog needs. No charge to me and replaced an item without hesitation. This is an amazing company!”
