(August 26, 2020, 11:06 am)We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hayden’s RV - from the amazing customer service, quick communication, extensive knowledge of their inventory & the RV industry in general, and outstanding service department.
After a horrible experience with another local RV dealership, we were anxious & a bit gun shy about the whole RV thing - but the staff at Hayden’s put all of our worries at ease.
Charlie was so very patient with us, showed us every option in our price range/ layout, and when we were ready to make the decision made the process smooth & easy!
Shelby is just amazing. We left feeling like we made new friends. ❤️
Since buying, we’ve had a few minor fixes needed - and the service department has been AMAZING. The first time - asked right away when our next trip was & made sure we’d have it back in plenty of time. And today truly blew us away - on the way home from a trip we found one of our interior doors had fallen off the track & we called to setup an appointment. We were planning to drop it off, and instead they fixed it within an hour while we were sitting there so we didn’t have to make the trip back to pick it up. What other company would do that?! Truly a testament to their dedication to their customers.
If you’re in the market for a camper/travel trailer, etc. make sure you stop by Hayden’s! They’re truly the best of the best & you wont regret it. -

(May 30, 2020, 9:43 pm)We purchased our 2019 Sunset Trail 253RB from Hayden’s RV in March after seeing the trailer at the Richmond RV show. We dealt directly with Shelby, who is also one of the owners and she was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions. Once we decided to purchase, everything went smoothly with the paperwork and Shelby worked hard to make it an easy experience, as this was our first RV purchase. We had upgrades and additions installed as well. The service and sales team at Hayden’s was also great to deal with and they worked hard to overcome unexpected obstacles and shipping delays beyond their control as a result of the RV manufacturers shutdown due to Covid - 19. Despite this, they still had our camper ready to go as promised ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend Hayden’s RV, they are just great folks to deal with.

I'll probably be in the market for a new trailer at some point in the next year or so, and Hayden's will definitely be my first and hopefully only stop.
