    Tek is a cut above on Refurbs, the machines are very very clean and All I have ordered from them have performed well. Do yourself a favor next time you need a refurb PC give them a try!! I talk to Lindsay or Bob, but I'm sure all of their staff is great!! They will be my only stop for Refurb in the future!

    I bought a refurbished Dell desktop from walmart.com it turns out it came from TekRefurbs. I bought a display port to hdmi adapter from Best Buy so I could run it through my 46 inch LCD T.V Everything was working great for about a week. Then one day I turned everything on and nothing was coming up on my monitor. I contacted TekRefurbs and they sent me out a new Display port to HDMI adapter. I had my doubts that this was the problem but I figured it couldn't hurt. It came in the mail I plugged it in and everything works great. They are amazing people took care of my problem. I Couldn't be happier with them and they now have a new customer for life. I'll be shopping for a new laptop soon.

    Excellent all around. VERY VERY GOOD PRICE!! Computer delivered on time, packaging is very professional, instructions for quick setup, everything worked perfectly. I had a more technical question, so I called their tech support.... answered in less than 30 seconds, fully understood my question, walked me through the solution, stayed on the phone to make sure it worked out correctly.

    Highly recommended.
