  I am currently going to Mike Kelo’s Physical Therapy practice after my rotator cuff surgery. I previously used his practice in 2018 after my medial meniscal repair at the age of 61. I am a retired physician and I have seen other physical therapy practices first hand while caring for my mother and for my own therapy in 2016 from a different local group. Mike Kelo is an amazing, knowledgeable, well trained, caring, friendly, and patient therapist. He has a wealth of experience from many years of working in an academic setting at VCU and many years in private practice. I honestly can’t believe how much dedicated time he and his staff give. It is FAR MORE than any therapist my mother or I received in other practices. My current problem is a frozen shoulder from 5 weeks of immobilization after rotator cuff surgery. I am truly amazed at the quick progress I am making. His staff is well trained and courteous and careful. His receptionist goes way out of her way to help with scheduling. I initially went to Mike Kelo in 2018 after rave reviews from non-physician friends. He currently is providing physical therapy for one of my physician friends too, who. My friend is also extremely happy with Mike and his staff. The office is very clean and completely arranged with all the necessary equipment. I hope I don’t have any more injuries, but if I do, I’ll be coming back to Mike Kelo.

  This is the best place to go for recovery from surgery the staff makes me feel like I am a king they are so amazing and I have made gains faster than I have ever made I thank God for Mike kelo and his staff trust me go there to get the help you need

  The staff is so nurturing, kind and encouraging. They care about your recovery. Soft tissue work is a nice touch at every appointment; you don't get that everywhere. Would definitely return to this office for future injuries(knock on wood).

  The staff was awesome they really know there job very professional. Is all I can say I highly recommend Mike Kelo . And if I say they are good they are good because I am very particular VERY

  I have been to other Physical therapy places and I think I had excellent therapy and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Mike

  I don't understand the negative reviews, as my experience was totally different. Mike and his staff were AMAZING - very professional, yet personable. I received hands on care every time that I went, and was totally satisfied with my progress. It was easy to make appointments, and my appointments always started on time. If you're searching for a physical therapist, do yourself a favor and visit Mike and his staff.
