I reserved out unit online and then kept running into small problems during the process of completing lease and payment info. I was told software problems that needed to be forwarded higher up and also that maybe it was because I reserved on memorial day and there was just a delay in processing. Whatever the reason it felt like the process should have been more seamless for online applications. Then we got to the facility in high point for our new storage unit and opened it up and there was an air duct taking up a third of the unit. So I called and spoke to DeMarcus. He was very polite and promptly apologized and said the unit was supposed to be labeled as un-rentable but there was a glitch in their system that let it be rented out. He got us switched to another unit very quickly and made the new lease process fast and painless. He was wonderful with customer service. The unit was mostly clean but my husband and I found bits of broken glass and a pair of earrings ( we had our two year old with us so that was a big deal). We of course didn't have a broom to clean it up better. We did have to walk around to find carts to use, but they are provided and that's very nice. So very good customer service but maybe website bugs, for us I think all the kinks are now worked out and it'll be smooth sailing.

I received excellent customer service from Virginia. She did a terrific job helping us solve a problem we were having with our account. In addition to her being professional she was also very nice and took the time to understand our issue, so she could resolve it. The facility has always been in excellent condition whenever we have visited our locker.

Nice, clean facility with competitive rates. Actually almost 1/2 the price of where I stored before. My check-in day was seamless and the manager was professional & friendly. Virginia was just as accommodating and friendly when I moved out. HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Doloresco is a good man and an excellent doctor. He listened carefully and provided advice that proved to be 100% correct for my health care plans. He offered personal care and walked me to the front desk to book future procedures. When I left, I felt as if I had made a new friend, a doctor and it was a great comfort to me. Plus, he's tall and handsome. A good doctor + a caring man + handsome, the perfect trifecta.
