I am a new patient and just had my second follow up appointment with Dr. Brown. I found Dr. Brown to be very professional, friendly, and patient. She did not rush through the appointment. The lady who handles the front desk is perfect for this office. She is always gentle, kind and reassuring. They were short handed at the front desk on my second visit and this lady handled the barrage of phone calls with total professionalism. She remained courteous and kind to patients in the office and to those waiting on the phone. She is such an asset to the office.
Loved this place! Everyone took excellent care of me. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming and Dr. Linda Brown is a rockstar. I actually look forward to going to the doctor.
Visited for the first time today and had a pleasant experience. Front desk reception was polite and check-in went smoothly. Dr. Brown and her assistant were very friendly. I’m pleased with the service received today.
I waited a little longer that usual in the waiting area. But I was seen promptly after getting in the back. I absolutely LOVE Dr Brown. She always answers any questions I have, is very knowledgeable, gives HONEST answers and has her patients best interest at heart! She’s been my Dr for the last 10 years. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else.
