CMA's Colonial Honda

I recently had a service appointment for a factory recall replacement part. The entire experience was excellent. Scheduling was easy, with many slots available, including next day. I waited for the repair, which was finished quicker than estimated. While I waited, Jennie kindly found an out of the way quiet spot so I could do work on my laptop. Jim followed up the next day in case I had any concerns. Very satisfied!

I LOVE COLONIAL HONDA! They really look out for my "little girl" and me! Whenever I bring her in for oil changes or anything else, I always ask to give her a check-up. Most of the time there's nothing wrong, but when there they fix it fast. I had a nail in my tire and didn't know; I'm SO glad they found it before I had a flat. Everyone is efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I've been bringing my cars to Colonial Honda for many years and hope to continue for years to come.

Richard was second to none assisting my daughter and myself for her car. He was personable and professional. He ensured we were not only satisfied with our purchase but happy as well. My daughter luvs her car and we will absolutely send our friends and family here in the future. Thank you Richard for being the best part of Colonial Honda.

I had an amazing experience buying my first “big girl purchase” here! I was nervous not having a co-signer and doing it all on my own. But T. Watson, Or Dr. Watson made me feel so at ease! He is amazing and definitely a go to guy! I walked out with a beautiful Honda Civic, and feeling confident in my choice. The finance manager was also amazing, I was able to gap insurance and bumper to bumper coverage for a payment I was comfortable with! I’d been without a car for a little self a year and I was ready to walk out with a vehicle. I’d struggled so hard to get to the point I was at and felt celebrated, appreciated, and handled with care. Dr. Watson kept thanking me for my patience but I was more than happy to give it. Everyone who spoke to me was polite and not to mention hilarious. You could really relax and laugh with everyone and I loved that. This is the place to go to hands down! Get your prescription filled with Dr. Watson 10/10 would always recommend!
