I know this review may surprise some people who have dealt with chesterfield department of social services before. But I would like to shout out my case worker Josh Frank. He went above and beyond to help me fix the issues I was having with my Medicaid application. He walked me through my application to figured out the issue I was running into and why After finding the issue, instead of giving the run around like most before him, he told me it would take him some time but he would work on it and give me a call. Mr Frank had me convinced he would call me back. The conversation wasn’t one I had with a case worker before. He answered my call 10 minutes before his Lunch break and he stayed on the phone for a good 30 minutes patiently explaining everything so I could understand and give him all the information to help me out. Never felt rushed talking to Mr. Frank. 3 weeks go by and I get a call from my case worker. He lets me know he has fixed all the issues on my application. Also that I had been approved for Medicaid and then walks me through more steps to help me better understand what I need to do in the future so these issues aren’t reoccurring. Best experience ever with social services. If more people here were like Josh then this place would be running like a well oiled machine. Rushing people off the phone or lying doesn’t solve problems just causes people to go in circles. Taking the time to hear people out and honesty actually helps lower the calls to the office. So with that said I would like to thank Mr. Frank for all your help and time you put into my case and help me get the correct help I needed!!! Thank you!!!!
