He will not sell you something you do not need. I tell him I'm opening my pool and hand him a water sample. I leave with everything I need for months of happy water. When I close it, he gives me what I need and the next opening season it is crystal clear upon opening. My hot tub "required" an assortment of chemicals according to the manufacture, that was wrong. David gave me only two chemicals and my hot tub has been crystal clear ever since.I won't go to anyone else!”

Instead of being greedy and charging me for something I didn’t need, the service writer Jacob told me to go and buy and new filter and he would install it for me. It appears that at the last PM previous dealer did not tighten the cap all the way and eventually started leaking. No charge this time other than a new filter which I didn’t use, but kept as a spare! “These guys are a life saver. I was able to order online and pick up in store in under 30 minutes on dozens of occasions (in the middle of a project). The distribution center is only 5 miles from here too so they are able to get almost anything I needed in their house brand and name brand same day. The SpeedPerks program is a good deal too. Prices are very close to Rock Auto and Parts Geek (or better) after shipping costs and available in 30 minutes. Returns are easy and loaner tools have been in great shape. I used to buy parts from Rock Auto and specialty tools from Harbor Freight but free loaner tools and good discounts on parts with SpeedPerks (often 15-25% off list) are tough to compete with.”

“So we got a beautiful, free standing wood stove from some friends. Come to find out it’s hard to get someone to install a stove you already own. Most places want to sell you the stove and then install it for you. We were fortunate enough to find Stu & Co through a walk in at a stove shop. They drove out to us in the country, gave us a prompt estimate. They stuck to the estimate, were super professional and did quality work. We were especially pleased since our install involved a 15 foot run straight up to the roof and it’s straight as an arrow. Would highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future.”

“I came here for the first time with my 2 kids because they had ear aches and the pedestrian wasn't available. I was immediately put into a room by the amazing ladies at the front and within 5 minutes they came and took vitals and asked the usual questions. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor came into see us! Dr. John was so sweet and amazing and genuinely cared. He even let my little girl listen to her heart beat. She was so happy and comfortable with him. We were in and out with 15 minutes. Ive come back 4 times since and every experience has been exceptional!!”
