I usually don’t do reviews but I was shocked at the service I received. Very quick in and out. Usually I don’t go to quick lube and ‘fast pace’ repair shops. I just so happen to ride by Mavis on Wesley Chapel in route to go home after being on the phone with the dealership for over an hour beyond aggravated and frustrated.. all I needed was an alignment and oil change. When I walked in , one of the managers immediately came acknowledged me (which usually doesn’t happen most times). I told him the issue and he immediately got my vehicle to the back and assured it wouldn’t be any longer than about an hour .. a hour and a half top just in case any issues. Huge shoutout to the manager Carlton and the Mavis team for an outstanding experience this past week. I will definitely be back since it is a neighborhood shop that’s close by and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be referring friends and family of mine to this location.

I had a great experience at Mavis today. Everyone was very professional and fast moving. The wait time is was not long the manger on duty Carlton came out to give updates on my car and to make sure we was okay. I will be going back to get more service done with them.

I needed two tires and a rim replaced. Autumn and Priscilla communicated with me throughout the entire process. They have exceptional customer service skills. They explained everything throughly and I am very satisfied with my services. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I visit your Snapfinger Wood location today, very pleased with the service l received. However, Michell the store mgr. and her team members were out standing, very polite customer service skills. Her multi task dealing with the customers and her team members were awesome. The style of leadership that she shows to the customers and her team members will carry that location to the next level. I highly recommend that location to anyone that is looking for a great leader that will for fill the needs for your vehicle.

My daughter and I visited for the first time. This place is huge, and a lot to take in. However, with that said it is very well organized and clean! I was pretty impressed by the large selection of everything. Even though I didn't find the book I was looking for I will definitely return to shop at this location. The cashier was nice and welcoming who checked us out. We could have spent hours in here just taking everything in. Absolutely love this store!

I love this store. So much nostalgia in one place. It's always fun on here and my young kids love it as well. The sections of the store make sense too; a harry Potter table, a nintendo table, a horror comic/movie table. The layout just seems to work.

I don't understand the name though... I passed this place hundreds of times, not realizing that it was a treasure trove of nerdgasms.

Great books at good prices, lots of little novelties too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it could definitely be organized better and a bit more navigable. Other than that it's awesome! Friendly staff!
