    As a teacher, grad student and new mom, my life is hectic. I’ve been wanting to get back in shape for quite a while and I’m extremely glad to have found BBT. The individualized attention coupled with a welcoming and supportive environment has made me feel very at ease with this new fitness journey. I’m only a month in and already addicted to working out. Cant wait to see how my body transforms!!
