We had carpet and hardwood replaced with vinyl planks. Very involved job. I was very impressed with quality of work and follow through. They went out of their way to grant requests. Every installer was professional and polite. Refreshing to be involved with a customer oriented company these days.

They are a great family owned business. From the time they come out or you go to the showroom until they install there is constant contact. They also check on installers work and make sure your happy. I have had them refinish my floors but this year had all my carpet on the second floor replaced with hardwoods. So worth it! Clean and they came out and helped me match the color downstairs as I have an open foyer and you can see them. I was so happy with their service.

HFI is hands down the best flooring company in the Richmond area. They pay extreme attention to detail , have a great selection of high quality products and great prices , finish on time , and make sure you are happy with the completed job. As a realtor , my clients often ask me who I recommend to do certain things , if it’s flooring , I will say HFI 100% of the time.
