(December 30, 2019, 9:26 pm)This place has become my go-to mechanic when any issues pop up with my truck. On my initial visit I came here for a second opinion on my F150s air conditioning. My previous shop had told me it was a matter of days before the compressor went out and would therefore need to drop $1,500 to get a new one. This didnt sound right as the truck only had 80k miles so I brought it over to Kyle at Cartech for a second opinion.
Sure enough, Kyle confirmed my suspicions and saved me a four figure rip off. This was over a year ago and the original A/C is still blowing cold today. As someone who isn’t a “car guy” and able to diagnose and fix these problems myself, I really appreciate the honesty as he could have easily upsold me on an unnecessary repair and I would have been none the wiser.
5 stars for being honest and straightforward, and I will continue bringing all my vehicles here, thanks Cartech!! -

(May 12, 2018, 11:15 pm)As a woman I feel like it's a difficult task to find a place to take my car where I'm not going to be over charged or taken advantage of or made to feel like an idiot. This is one of the best places I've been to have my car repair work and oil changes done. While I was there they even told someone at the counter that they didn't need to have a certain work done on their car yet and could wait on it. That spoke volumes to me about their business. They have computers you can use, a nice waiting room with free drinks and a kids nook so that if you have to bring your kids they have some toys to play with. Overall very impressed!
