    When my prescription for my CPAP machine was placed, I spoke with them and they said 7-10 days. It took almost a month. When I did call to follow up, I held on for 11 minutes before someone came on the line to tell me again it would be 7-10 more days. Really? The lady that helped me when I went in to pick up the machine was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, hence the 4 and not less.

    We had a 3pm appointment and I was lost. I called the call center to have them contact the Chester location. We arrived at 3:23 and waited for the impossible. The 3:30 arrive early was in and out and our technician was able to get us in and out before her next client arrived. Thank you for being so kind!!!
