She was concerned about how dire my grandmother’s living situation was. My grandmother was only eating toast and coffee and she was not thriving. Stephanie would, on her own time, take over food for her and insured she was eating properly. She even cleaned out the refrigerator. I was then not only dealing with having to move back to Virginia but now having to care for my grandmother. Stephanie was more than helpful and essential to placing my grandmother into Commonwealth. She came in on a Sunday, her day off, to coordinate the paperwork and getting my grandmother situated that same day. The situation was rather overwhelming for me. She was able to sense this and called the next day to check on me! Thankfully, my grandmother now has all of her medicines regulated, shes eating a balanced diet and is doing extremely well.
