Everyone in the office was very friendly and my appointment time was the exact time I was taken back to start the examination. I wanted a more in depth look at my eyes and at first they thought I might have glaucoma so I had an additional appointment the following week and found out that I do not so the next exam will be in a year. I needed an exam related to an issue I was having. When I spoke to the office staff, they were accommodating and gave me a same-day appointment although I was only visiting Richmond, Virginia. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was personable and knowledgeable. If I did not live out of state, I would have a new eye doctor!
