Dr Rickman is very thorough in explaining what he sees and what he recommends. He also includes me in the decision making process. Something that is very important to me. His office staff is very friendly and helpful - you feel like you matter as a person to all of them, not just as another client writing another check. The hygienist is great - was even able to polish many of the tea stains off of my teeth! An overall fantastic experience.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Rickman. My 13 year old had to have a couple cavities filled, “comfortable and painless” were her exact words. It’s nice when your kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. He’s now offer a new esthetic service- Opus plasma machine is a game changer for skin rejuvenation, I kept seeing some beautiful faces leave. So glad he is offering this, can’t wait to try!

Dr Rickman and his team are the best in Richmond. Prior to seeing them I was terrified of the dentist for years. He not only provides superior care but pain free!! Highly recommend to anyone especially if you have dentist anxiety.

Today 10-5-2022 was my daughter's first visit since her dentist stopped taking her insurance, my daughter has not always had the best experiences in the dentist chair ,yet we had a great experience here. From the dentist to the receptionist, to the dental assistant. All very nice,patient, takes time to explain everything, most Importantly my daughter felt comfortable and ok right away. Very happy to have found this practice.

I had a cavity for the first time in years… My experience exceeded my expectations of a professional dentist office. Dr. Rickman was extremely informative. My comfort was his top priority, and I got through what I thought was going to be another trip to the dentist, but it turned out to be an extremely PAINLESS and quick experience.
