(July 9, 2020, 9:09 am)I have been a member of Call Federal for several years and I'm so glad I am. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I love the fact that when ;you deposit money in your account, it's in the bank right then. You don't have to wait for your money to appear in your account the next day. I also like that if your credit card is hacked, the fraud department will contact you right away. You can go in the branch that day and pick up a new debit or credit card if the branch is open. No waiting 2 weeks for the bank to mail you one. Their services are #1. The people that work at the main office and the branches I've been to have been friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Call Federal Credit Union is the place you need to bank it. You won't be sorry you did.

(June 18, 2020, 8:59 am)I have been a member of CFCU for over 20 years and the service never disappoints. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like family. Kevin, the Manager at the Hull Street branch is the BEST and his outstanding customer service must be contagious to his team, because they are ALL fantastic!
