SERVPRO of Chesterfield and SERVPRO of Tri-Cities Plus

I used Servpro to remove a ceiling and wall that had water damage caused by a roofing company. They were great to work with, from the office staff to the crew that did the work. The young men were polite and respectful. I do think they ran out of energy by the ending of the shift. The initial work and end work were different levels. I also found them sitting around when I thought they were working. I am not sure but I think I might have walked up on one of them vaping in the building. Overall, I give a solid “B” performance. They left some spots in the last room. They tried to scrub spots after I mentioned it not sure if they can really come out.

Great service, had a fire and the ladies that came to clean for a fantastic job. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with has been polite, professional and I feel as though I've genuinely been taken care of. Would definitely recommend Servpro to anyone and everyone.

They laid new carpet throughout the house - moved all the furniture and were very professional and courteous. From the calls before arranging the day and time to the followup after installation - They got it all right. Beautiful job and skilled installers.
