  Robious Landing Park is a hidden gym located along the James River. When you arrive you immediately see the river accompanied by picnic tables and outdoor grills. There’s boat landing for kayaks or a small John boat. The best part of the park is it’s trails through the woods along the James. These trails are shaded the whole way and have entry points spread throughout the paths. I challenge you to find the role swing! I recently took my family (all 6 of us) to this park just to get away for a bit and the kids loved it. This park is also pet friendly and welcomes all ages of life. Come and enjoy the peaceful river especially close to sunset.

  Sooo pretty, nice view of the river, plenty of wildlife on trails, deer, red headed & pleated woodpeckers, blue jays, cardinals chipmunks. Shelters for rent too! You can fish, launch kayak/canoe for free and the bathroom is close to shelter 1 & the river. If you like taking nature pics, these are the trails to hit.

  Nice little walk through the woods along the river. Also a great place to launch a kayak or canoe.

  This place helps me to relax-so beautiful!! Sistas plz if you’re stressed don’t give in- get out!! Put on your sneakers and take a walk through Robious Landing!! Sit at the river. Take a breather at one of the rivers our ancestors first laid eyes on when they were brought here!!
