Very professional, excellent support at every turn.
We got an Erie auto insurance policy (sold by Bruce Davis here) about 3 years ago, and have been really happy. Since then we've had two claims due to accidents not our fault, and Erie has always been great to work with. Bruce called us both times later the same day, and stayed involved during the claims process (even if just checking in and making sure Erie was keeping up with us). He doesn't have to get involved or do anything with a claim, but he has anyway. A far cry from our old agent with another company, who didn't even know we'd cancelled until months after the fact.
