I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Juan is amazing! He is honest and informative and affordable and now my go-to plumber. I discovered Juan through Nextdoor when I was looking for a plumber after buying my house; he was highly rated on there. I was having issues with my pipes whenever I would run water; it sounded like my pipes were gulping, and the sounds were ungodly loud and annoying. One plumber came out and told me that the noise was "water hammer" and that the only way to fix the problem was to tear into my walls and either locate the exact location of the sound and restrain those pipes better or replace all of my pipes. This didn't make any sense to me because the sounds started almost overnight and hadn't been a problem before. Juan came and deduced that the noise was a combination of things: my water heater was 30 years old and needed to be replaced, and the pressure valve under my house had gone bad. So, I put Juan to work! Over the span of about four months, Juan replaced my water heater (and installed the drain pan and piping for that, which I didn't have before), replaced the pressure valve under my house, installed pressure valves for the hot and cold water connected to my washing machine, installed new valves for my washing machine because mine were original to the house and the cold water was leaking, installed a quarter-turn spigot in my carport, replaced the spigot in my backyard with a quarter-turn, and replaced the plumbing and fixtures in my shower/bathtub that were also original to the house. I haven't had a single issue with any of the work that Juan has done. He does excellent work, and his rates are affordable. Juan is genuinely a nice, friendly, funny individual. He has never tried to sell me on anything, and I have never once felt that he was trying to swindle me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge in this field. If anything, he has made sure that I know what to do in case of an emergency, and he has made sure that I know how to care for and maintain what I have. If you're reading this, flush your water heater annually!

Was able to fit me in same day without an emergency rate. Great general price, came on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had toilet replaced and was able to fit in a refrigerator line that I was just going to do my self. Definitely recommend 100% will use again when needed and tell friends about.

Juan is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a clog in my laundry room that the mainstream plumbing companies couldn’t figure out. Juan took care of it and did so at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him and his small business!

Juan helped repair a water line near the meter over a year ago, and it was fixed no problem. We most recently set-up for him to replace an old outside water spigot. I can't recommend him highly enough. He does what he says, he's professional and friendly, and offers excellent service with competitive prices. We'll reach out to him for more work in the future.
