(January 20, 2021, 10:18 pm)95% of the time I love this location. They make a nice pie and they’re quick. The delivery drivers are also really kind and and professional. I like to give a cash tip, which forces me to choose “no tip” at checkout. I do write a note, but never once have I have a delivery with an attitude - they are always gracious BEFORE I have shown the money.
A couple of times I have ordered and they were a complete no-show. Staffing is difficult; particularly during a pandemic. When I call the following day, the management has always handled the situation perfectly and fine above and beyond.
