I need to verify the engine for the replacement and called and spoke with Amy, who was extremely courteous and put in a request to verify the original engine with the manufacturer. She called me at the end of the day to update e she had not heard back from Four Winns, which is amazing customer service especially considering I am not a customer! She called again the following morning and sent me the specs she received from Four Winns. I'm in the auto repair business and I know first class service when I see or receive it.
