“This office is amazing both of my children go here my daughter 10 yrs. and my son 2 yrs. old is actually autistic and the staff is so patient and understanding and it just makes my visit a really great and smooth experience for myself and my children. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with kindness. Everyone works to make sure every child leaves happy the anesthesiologist called the day before his surgery so I knew what was expected the next day as well as the front desk staff. Dr. Burke really provided the best dental work on my son better than anything I expected. You can tell he took his time with my son and he loves his work. I’m forever grateful for the service my family has received from beginning to end the service was impeccable. I would recommend everyone here especially families with children that has special needs. “Those who know me know that I am not a fan of going to the dentist... It's not because I am afraid but because of the way past dentists have treated me and my precious chiclets. With that being said Dr. Ben and the staff of Chester Road Family Dental have truly changed those feelings (and changed them quickly). I have been to Chester Road Family Dental a few times now for a couple of root canals and a cleaning. I was met with professionalism and warmth from everyone onsite. I was given a thorough exam and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was offered water while waiting. Doctor Ben took care of me while I was getting treatment and even checked on me after my visits to make sure everything was going well. He is gentle and I felt no pain while I was being operated on. Thanks mate!! The interior and the exterior of the office is kept clean. During this time of Covid the staff is checking temperatures and requiring mask coverings before access is granted. It's nice to see that CRFD is protecting their staff and patients. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to go here. Thank you Dr. Ben, DeeDee, Catie, Staci and anyone that I missed!!”
