“January 4th I had four discs rupture in my back. At Southside hospital they told me I could be paralyzed if I didn't have surgery immediately. Thank goodness Dr. Kalluri was called. I never got a chance to pick a surgeon. I am now walking as if I was 30 again. Dr. Kalluri and his PA gave me great care and I will always greatful to him. Sometimes it does work out.”

“I love Dr Harrison! He's very thorough and takes his time examining and listening to you. He spends at least 30 to 45 mins with you which is rare in this day and time. He's still old school taking notes on a pad, but you leave with all of your concerns addressed. He has a small office staff who are always very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is that since his office doesnt not take electronic faxes, I always have to follow-up multiple times with CVS to get prescriptions filled. But I would still highly recommend him.”

“No one likes to go to the dentist, it usually means something is wrong. However, the amazing effort and care that all the staff give to their patients makes a huge difference. You're greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in from the assistants at the front desk. If you've been multiple times, they know you as soon as you walk in. All the dental assistants are so sweet and careful and caring. They're sensitive to your sensitivities, anxieties, or disorders. They aren't judgmental or hateful, regardless of how long you've been without dental care. They offer payment plans or give a discount for paying all at once. When no one else would help me, they did. Dr. Appleby is my dentist and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you all so much for everything you do.”

“Frustrated. New patient. So far every scheduled appointment ( 4..initial appointment, fitted with heart monitor, echocardiogram, follow-up to review results) has been rescheduled. When they leave a message and ask me to call back I get voice mail. Phone tag. Family practice advised me to see cardiologist. Waiting 2 months for test results is very frustrating & still waiting. We'll see if I stay or if I go. Hope to actually meet the cardiologist one day. The staff is very friendly but I need some answers and advice. Update: after consideration, I have decided this practice may not be a good fit for me. MAY 15 2022 UPDATE: After I shared my concerns with the office manager, Dr Kapadia personally called me to hear more about my experience and to apologize. He offered to see me the next day and go over my tests and discuss my health and concerns. He also wished me good health as I am seeing someone else. And he said if at any time I wish to give him another chance he will be happy to see me. I appreciated his sincere concern and his phone call.”
