“Frustrated. New patient. So far every scheduled appointment ( 4..initial appointment, fitted with heart monitor, echocardiogram, follow-up to review results) has been rescheduled. When they leave a message and ask me to call back I get voice mail. Phone tag. Family practice advised me to see cardiologist. Waiting 2 months for test results is very frustrating & still waiting. We'll see if I stay or if I go. Hope to actually meet the cardiologist one day. The staff is very friendly but I need some answers and advice. Update: after consideration, I have decided this practice may not be a good fit for me. MAY 15 2022 UPDATE: After I shared my concerns with the office manager, Dr Kapadia personally called me to hear more about my experience and to apologize. He offered to see me the next day and go over my tests and discuss my health and concerns. He also wished me good health as I am seeing someone else. And he said if at any time I wish to give him another chance he will be happy to see me. I appreciated his sincere concern and his phone call.”
