Probably the longest process. Since I’ve been here in VA, I have visited this facility at least 3 times. Each time was better than the last. When you visit, be very patient. They are handling a lot. The next closest one is Glen Allen. Do they need two more? Possibly in Sandston or Midlothian. But for what it’s worth. These ladies do a fantabulous job!”

“We made our first appointment, and they were celebrating Star Wars day, and all of the staff were in costume. They have TV's mounted in the ceiling, so the children can watch their favorite shows while getting their teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name but she was dressed as Princess Leia) was wonderful and so kind to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable at her first appointment. Dr. Patel was dressed as a Jedi, and was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job tackling each case, and was very warm and welcoming. They have a wall for the "Cavity-free club" so my daughter got to have her picture taken. At the end of the appointment, she was given a token to use for the bouncy ball dispenser, and since it was her first appointment, they gave my daughter a bubble party with their bubble machine! One of the patient coordinators shared the same name as my daughter and she was so excited about it! It was all of the little things that they did that made the experience so very special! We are so happy that we found this place for my daughter's dental care!”
