Tiffany in finance was also thoughtful, kind and helpful guiding us through the business end of his care. And Melissa in social services spent a lot of time helping us and was warm and helpful. There were others that cared for him that I did not meet in person but am so grateful for. Everyone that we passed in the hall was pleasant and acknowledged us and asked if they could help us. I would highly recommend The Laurels of Willow Creek for anyone needing skilled nursing care for their loved one.”

Being a female going into a known "male" hair cutting facility because I have a short short haircut, and not everyone can do it, but if familiar with a short hair cut such as a men's haircut, they are spot on and always make sure to soften it up to make it looks feminine and not like the box, straight edge look men tend to get. The ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable about styles and products.”

But, their hospitality, kindness, compassion, beautiful words, and excellent thorough knowledgeable care is what kept us as clients, refer others, and want to change also transfer general dentistry for our kids to their pediatric office. Unfortunately, when we tried their office didn't accept our dental insurance there. If your insurance allows you the opportunity to use either or both offices I highly suggest making the transfer. In any event, Dianna was able to alleviate that pain and I was back on the road in less that an month. Her studio is quite comfortable, warm and inviting. And it is conveniently adjacent to the Boathouse on Swiftcreek Reservoir. I highly recommend her to anyone in pain or some sort of discomfort. She is highly skilled, patient and will discuss what she is doing if you are interested.”
