Despite being severely busy due to a plethora of things, they managed to not only check my car within a couple days from drop off, but identified all the problems and had it fixed that same day. It was such a blessing to get my car back so fast because being 6 (going on 7) months pregnant meant I needed reliable transportation at a moment's notice and I had already been without a car for going on two weeks. The cost for parts and labor was more than fair, and Vince was an absolute sweetheart during the whole situation with keeping me in the loop on any progress. “This is the finest vintage/antique store in Richmond I've ever come across. The selection is discerning yet fairly priced. Since my interests lie mostly in vintage/antique Asian items, if you are interested in them as well I can say that they have a very impressive selection of Chinese and Japanese wares. When I went today for the first time, there were several examples of vintage hand-painted Japanese "soba-choko" Imari/Arita, the cups used to dip soba noodles into their cold broth. I informed him of my area of interest and he enthusiastically showed me a recent acquisition - a gorgeous ink stone with a dragon motif (I think it's Chinese, but I'm not sure). I should mention that the owner is incredibly warm and kind and will most assuredly help you with anything you need. Even if you are more interested in Western items, you're in luck because that is mostly what they carry. I absolutely can’t recommend this place enough!”

“On Saturday May 16 at approximately 8pm I went to this store on my way home to pick up some items for my wife and i. I purchased these item's and realized as i reach my vehicle my keys and phone were locked in the car. I Re-entered the store and spoke to the clerck on duty, Lorren. She was tottaly understanding and very kind going above and beyond for me. She offered the use of her personal phone so i might call for help. She offered a place to sit inside the store, wich i declined as they were busy and it was a fine night. I called for help and returned the phon to Lorren and thanked her then i asked if it might be possible to leave my ice cream purchese with her, she assented and said she would hold the ice cream inthe freezer untill I was ready to leave. Lorren came to check on me once or twice and asked if i needed anything. She took pains to make sure i was ok in between customers and her other duties. I am very grateful for her help and recomend she get recognized for her efforts put forwar on my behalf. Treat this employee right and you will benifit for years..”
