I was nervous about taking her to a franchised place, but with 4 young children in various schools, we needed the the most convenient option. The experience has been AMAZING. Adam, the therapist she typically sees, is magical. Kim, the assistant, is kind and helpful. The office staff is top notch, and we have been nothing but thrilled by our experience. There’s never a rush to get patients in and out, and Adam is so skillful at pushing patients to reasonable limits to achieve their goals. My mother fell in June and broke her opposite shoulder (what terrible luck!), and there was no question where we would go for PT. Their procedures during the Covid pandemic have been outstanding and make us feel comfortable. I can not recommend this clinic enough! If you need PT, go see Adam at Pivot!”
