Reading these reviews that I find unbelievable these folks take care of their properties...some of the older units will require maintenance a lil more but if you call they'll come..as quickly as possible...been with them 3 years and I have no complaints...if you want a decent place at a reasonable price..

Shanel Properties strives to keep the safety of all residents top priority. We maintain carbon monoxide detectors in all gas apartments. There are no reports of carbon monoxide poisonings. All apartments are also inspected yearly. All inquiries about water are directed to the city. The condition of the apartments is based on how the residents maintain a clean home environment. Deposit refunds are determined by how the resident leaves the apartment at move out. We strive to keep all residents satisfied.

I am not too sure what other reviewers are speaking of, but as a three year resident my wife and I had a great experience with Shanel. The whole team, from office management to maintenance, was extremely helpful. We had several maintenance issues over the years and they were always handled quickly. The community is great! Lots of families. We loved the community area in the middle! This is a solid community at a fair and reasonable price! Go see for yourself. Talk to the office staff. They are great!
