Their technician John was not much for conversation but was a get down to business kind of plumber. Two hours was all he needed to remove the old unit and install the new one. He gave me some great great maintenance advice and I also got a ten year warranty on the water heater. You can’t beat that. We will use them again, I highly recommend them. -Rich

(January 31, 2019, 10:28 am)Mr. Dexter came for a second opinion after having been told we needed an acid neutralizer and water softener. He tested our water on the spot and said it was perfect and we needed absolutely nothing. He also informed us that the water pressure tank we currently have is in good working order, whereas the plumber who came yesterday also said it needed replaced due to its size. That plumber did not even test it, only looked at it. Mr. Dexter went above and beyond with the information we needed and was very honest. We will definitely be using him again, if the need ever arises and will for sure be recommending him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

(December 27, 2018, 2:51 pm)Mr Dexter arrived on time, was very polite and attentive to our concerns. It quickly became clear to us that one of his expertise is in tankless water heater systems. It was refreshing to have an honest assessment of our system. In his opinion, we did not need to spend money on a service (that he actually does for these systems) that he did not think was needed or beneficial to our situation.
We appreciated that honesty and will definitely call him again for our next plumbing project! -
