  The first thing I need to say is that John and his team are well worth the money you pay here, they were able to telle me the things that were wrong with my truck in a timely fashion, then schedule me to have it repaired, and then fix it when 5 other shops could not tell me, they said it could be this or that, I am glad I went here and my truck is too

  Though I can write about my great experience taking my car to John, his son, and his amazing team, but I'll leave that to the many, many satisfied and impressed customers and reputation he has already earned. I'm writing about an act of humanity and kindness John extended to my elderly mother. Late and at closing, my mom suffered a low-blood sugar, dizzying feeling just as she was about to pass Auto Medic 1. She pulled into the parking lot and stumbled her way into the office. My mom was worried and embarrassed. John was closing shop, had his hands full of papers, and probably was ready to go home to his family. Immediately, John locked eyes with my mom, put his stuff down, and warmly invited her to sit. My mom asked if she could buy something from him to eat because she wasn’t feeling well. He insisted she could have anything she wanted to eat and he wouldn’t take her money. He shared with her a candy bar. My mom began to notice that it was after hours and did not want to be a bother. She apologized and told him she would leave and let him close. He looked at her with compassion and told her he had no intentions to close with her feeling bad and she was more than welcome to stay as long as she wanted. In the bigger picture, isn’t it a blessing, when we have a mom who doesn’t live near her kids, that there are good, kind people who will welcome strangers with an open heart and make sure they get to the next stop safely, comfortably, and lovingly.   Best shop I've ever been to....and I've been to a lot. VERY honest shop and amazing people that work there. I've been recommending everyone I know to go here. There's a reason why this place has a 5 star rating!
