His experience and professionalism was proven within a minute by direct questions and thorough feedback to our responses. Months of premeditated worry were quickly replaced with a "we can do this after all, just the way we wanted to" feeling, A week later, we left with a specific will, along with financial and medical power of attorney documents. There was a surprise bonus, because of their reasonable rates, we were able to pay the bill off in it's entirety.
