“The whole buying experience was excellent. The sales manager, Ric, treated me as if I have some good sense. Something that didn’t happen at another local dealer. He made me an above average offer for my trade in and worked with me on the price of the CR-V I wanted. He then turned me over to Jenna to complete the sale, and she was very helpful. The vehicle that I bough was on order and she called to keep me updated as to when it would arrive. It actually got here ahead of schedule. I was explained about all of the optional coverage, extended warranty, etc., but never pressured to buy anything. Everyone was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made spending a lot of money a pleasant experience. I’ve gotten two follow up calls to be sure things are still good and to answer any questions that I might have. The Honda dealership is clean and modern and a pleasure to go to to have your car serviced. I know that because this is the fifth vehicle we have bought from Padgett Honda, and I never try to get out of taking a car in for service when the time comes.”

“I loved our time with Danville Pediatric Dentistry!!! They are the best that have ever come in contact with my children. My daughter started out being deathly afraid and had to be put to sleep which by the way is awesome to have that option right there on-site. Communication is always great. Awesome with kids, flavored gloves, the waiting room has a big touchscreen interactive game to keep the kiddos happy! The doctor herself has the best bedside manner! Sadly my children have graduated to an adult dentist. We will definitely miss them. We highly recommend!!”

Had to wait a while to get it due to parts shortages and what not going on right now, but Leon went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure I was updated during the wait. The day I took delivery, Leon and the rest of the staff (finance, parts, and management) were all awesome to deal with, and I really appreciate them staying a few minutes late to make sure I was taken care to of.
