Awesome service!
Terry's RV service saved our vacation after we lost tread on the two front tires of our camper. They were waiting for us when we pulled in to Beth Page and were able to get our electric and water running in a day. They also worked with our insurance company and made sure everything was done correctly. Great people providing a great service!
Sorry to say that Bubba Scott is not your real name, being I can not find any tickets and I have been on all service calls. If you had a problem with the price, then you should have told us not to come out and do the work. Also, we always tell the customer before we go out that the charge is 150.00 or so to show up. If you have a problem after we do the job there is not another charge for us to come out if it is a defective part. You should have given us a chance to fix the problem, being it is under warranty. Calling someone else to finish the job was throwing away money, which is a problem you addressed with our service call fee.
