My salesperson knew exactly where to find that chair--exactly as I described. I was in and out with my chair scheduled for delivery in about 25 minutes. I recommend them.

She understood that our purchase was for the entire family and that many people needed to be satisfied with the item. She gave us time to test and try the item before deciding.

Definitely store manager material.
She could also help to train new and current sakes assistance.

(November 6, 2018, 6:07 pm)I had a great experience with Julie, my salesperson. She was patient and thorough. I tried several recliners before I settled on what I liked. Julie was a great help in choosing the color also. Julie answered all my questions and went through item by item of what I ordered. She called me at home after she got an explanation about the battery for the chair. I was concerned about whether I should plug the battery into a wall socket if I were to be absent for several weeks. Beautiful showroom and great staff.
Automatic doors for the building would be nice. -

(September 16, 2018, 11:49 am)We were greeted upon entering the store and I requested assistance, as I am disabled. A sales associate helped guide me and my older brother to the power lift recliners right away, and showed us the features of the different models. We tried them out and selected one. Our sales associate helped us by bringing all the paperwork to us, so I didn’t have to limp all the way to the back. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an excellent experience and will recommend this store to our friends.
