Rawwad always has gone the extra mile to ensure I get the best deal by crunching the numbers and I recently had a great experience leasing my 2018 Nissan Titan with Daniil. (October 7, 2018, 7:36 am)I was extremely unhappy when I went to the dealership. A previous dealership had quoted me an outrageous price just to look at my car- let alone fix it- and I had to escalate it to a complaint line. The complaint line gave me Brown's and told me to take it in there. Brown's did a wonderful job with my car. They inspected it from top to bottom and after a lot of work on their part, diagnosed what was wrong and how to fix it. Not only that, they gave me an extremely fair price for what was a very time consuming repair that I had initially expected to be covered by warranty.
Everyone at the dealership did an outstanding job, but the rep who handled my car (Steven P, I did not catch his full last name) went out of his way to provide excellent service. The store manager also took the time to answer all my questions about the repair and explain to me what was wrong and why it wasn't covered by the warranty. The previous dealership in Virginia Beach had been rude and unresponsive, Brown's handled everything well. I walked in as an upset customer and walked out happy. They did everything in their power to fix what was wrong and get my car back to me in quick order. They even threw in a car wash when it was clear I was going to get an unexpected repair bill. Fantastic customer service!
Working in customer service is utterly thankless, and I know there's nothing worse than being at the receiving end of dealing with an upset customer. I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff there who did a great job turning an upset customer into a happy one. -
