  If I had known about this gym before, I would have already become a member a long time ago. Their facilities are really nice, with a friendly vibe. Plus there’s always a member of staff present no matter what time so they can help you with anything.

  I have been working out here for a while, and I can safely say that this is one of the best CrossFit gyms I've ever been to. If you are looking for a great community, top-notch instruction, and a CrossFit coach that gives you personal attention, this is DEFINITELY the right place to go.
  
  The owner Kam is very experienced as a CrossFit coach, and he pays close attention to your movements, and is always providing constructive feedback about how to become more efficient and less injury prone.
  
  At large gyms, it's almost impossible to get personal attention, but here Kam does a great job of personalizing all sessions, so that you know exactly what to do. In addition, the programming that he designs is innovative, fun, challenging, and well worth getting up early in the morning.
  
  If you are considering joining a CrossFit gym, don't think twice. This is a great gym experience and I would give it 10 stars if I could!

  you're interested in giving crossfit a shot, go to this gym. The class sizes are small, the instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and the members are super welcoming. I can't write more highly about the whole team over there! It's a motivating environment that will whip you into shape, that's for sure.

  One of the secrets of cross fit that makes it work out is that it concentrates on the movement of the principles that we apply to our daily life. The primary goal is to build up strength and flexibility especially in the parts of the body that would benefit on a regular basis.
