Isabella is a knowledgeable and professional yoga instructor. She has helped me enjoy so much growth in my ashtanga practice. She has a wonderful ability to see where you need to develop more in order to progress further in the practice and how to coach you through to the next step. I would recommend joining her community if you want to develop and improve your ashtanga practice.

I've been with Isabella for years and love the practice she leads. She's challenging without being pushy. The zoom classes right now allow everyone to stay connected. Cant wait to be back together in one place!

Amazing teacher. I made so much progress Physically/ mentally With Isabella in last 1.5 years that I never thought i would be able to do in my 10 years of yoga practice. She tells you when your body is not ready to do poses, but will show you the path to get there “safely”. I have learned to face my current status / limit, and patience to work with my own body.
She is caring, has deep knowledge to personalize practices to fit individual needs, and of all beautiful person.

As a small business owner myself, I take the lessons that I have learned in my yoga practice into my daily life. Isabella inspires me to stay disciplined and do my best (today), exuding strength and confidence in all that I encounter. After a long search, I am happy to report that I have found my "hOMe" at her studio in Vienna, VA. And I intend to make this a lifelong practice.
