  Great place the go if your out late food was great as well as the service will be back .... Food was nice and hot like I like it

  Bob & Edith's Diner is the quintessential diner. I'm sorry I do not have pictures, usually, I do, however I didn't intend on writing a review.
  
  The only reason I gave this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the wait times to get our food. And honestly, that's pretty nit-picky.
  
  We ordered the sampler that came with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and pancakes, which we upgraded to blueberry. The other meal we ordered was the pecan waffle and a side of crispy bacon.
  
  The pancakes were very good, light fluffy hot cakes, with plenty of blueberry goodness cooked right in. The cakes had the perfect ring around the edge that is a little crispy, but the inside is tender. The eggs were ordered over medium, which was cooked to order. The sausage was your typical breakfast sausage, and the bacon was crispy, not burned.
  
  The pecan waffle was delightful. Again, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. There were lots of chopped pecans in the waffle. The waffle itself had great flavor, too. Also, the bacon, again, was cooked perfectly crispy.
  
  The establishment was really busy, and the servers were running around like crazy. But everyone we spoke to who worked there was kind and attentive.
  
  If I'm ever back that way, I will dine there again.

  Great meal! Found this while visiting from out of town. Ordered the B&E Iconic burger and it was amazing. Fresh hot fries and tasty milkshake. They had a jukebox and played some cool songs while we ate.

  Bob and Edith is a reliable breakfast joint. All the food was as expected, good and the side of salsa was a nice add. My only complaint is that the Grits would not pass the test and was a little bit off. Very attentive staff and busy.

  Bob and Edith's is a regional chain greasy spoon diner. They are open 24 hours. Everyone seats themselves, when they are full they don't take your name down to make a list - you wait "in line" until a table is free then you go and claim it.
  
  I showed up at 11:30a on a Sunday, and as expected it was crowded. We had a short wait but got seated within 15 min.
  
  For what it is, everything went well. it was clean, we got our order in pretty quickly, and the food was served somewhat quickly and was decently tasty. Our server was attentive and refilled our coffees and waters regularly. My over easy eggs were cooked over easy.
  
  This was my first time at a Bob and Edith's (I'm not from the area) and I would go again to try more of their menu. I was too full for dessert but hope to remedy that soon. For the price and how everything went, it was good enough!
  
  A tasty breakfast meal at a crowded, noisy and clean diner.
