(April 21, 2021, 6:01 pm)I’ve always enjoyed ACD, but the covid precautions are a little extreme. I was initially not allowed back with my 3 yo for her cleaning- even as someone who is vaccinated. Would recommend trying out another place if you don’t want to deal with asking for what you want here.
Update: I appreciated that they called to follow up on this review. After talking with the office manager, a common ground was established and she handled with professionalism. The reality is they are taking their social distancing seriously and I would have liked to at least stay in the waiting room.
