  First and foremost, I am kind of a good-service junkie and Gere at Pink Posey is absolutely one of the best I have dealt with in a long time! From the very first order and throughout the process up to delivery, I was kept up to date and in the loop. Pink Posey is my new go-to and I will never order flowers from anyone else in Northern Virginia!   Love this florist! She is sooo wonderful! She did my wedding flowers and I continue to order flowers for all the employees' birthdays in my office! She does such a great job and she is so fair with pricing. You completely get what you pay for!

  Excellent customer service! From my first conversation with Gerri (s/p), I was treated with kindness and patience. Trying to organize an Arlington funeral from out of state is not an easy task. Gerri not only provided a beautiful flower arrangement (within our budget) at the graveside service, but also helped allay my concerns with some of the logistics surrounding the rules and regulations for funerals at Arlington National Cemetery.

  I ordered flowers for a friend locally, and immediately upon ordering online, the florist called me to clarify the order date. She wanted to make sure the flowers were at their peak when delivered, and asked if it would be okay to delay by a day. Also, she wanted to make sure the person I was delivering the flowers to was going to be home upon delivery. The flowers were actually delivered earlier than expected, and they were hugely complimented by my friend who received them. Then, the florist sent a confirmation of delivery, with notes on the flowers delivered. Incredible customer service!
